The 2026 campaign is open to employers of all industries and sizes, and this year we are expanding to also include categories specifically for talent and recruitment technology firms.

This year’s TA categories span innovation, technology, early careers, marketing, and partnerships, offering every organisation the chance to showcase its achievements. The 7 technology categories focus on customer service, growth and innovation.

The prestigious Award Ceremony will be held at The Royal Lancaster on Thursday 24th September, where all the 2026 winners will be announced.
