As Talent Acquisition evolves ever fast, the TIARAs continue to set the benchmark for celebrating excellence, innovation, and leadership across the talent acquisition landscape. And this year promises to be another landmark year for TA leaders and their teams.
Looking ahead to this year’s awards, Ken Brotherston, Founder & Chair at TALiNT Partners, shared: “Where to start! The talent ecosystem has always been complex and important, and the work being delivered by TA teams is under pressure to be both more operationally efficient but also more innovative and forward looking. This year’s ten award categories offer employers a platform to showcase the outstanding work they’re doing in talent acquisition and resourcing, particularly where it has delivered meaningful transformation and enhanced organisational performance.

The TIARAs are known for the rigour and credibility of their judging process. Our expert panel of independent industry leaders provides invaluable, confidential feedback to all finalists, a key part of the TIARA experience that helps employers enhance their TA strategies.
We’re also thrilled to welcome Lord Chris Holmes as Chair of Judges for 2025, bringing a wealth of insight and leadership to this year’s judging panel.

Entries are open until Friday 6th June, and winners will be revealed at our glittering Awards Ceremony on Thursday 9th October in the stunning ballroom at the Hilton London Bankside.
