The 2025 TIARA Talent Acquisition Awards winners were crowned on Thursday 9th October during a prestigious gala dinner held at the Hilton London Bankside. The event drew more than 240 distinguished leaders from the fields of Talent Acquisition, HR, and business, representing some of Europe’s leading employers.

The TIARAs are recognised for the rigour of the process and the quality of the judging panel and are seen as a genuine and meaningful accolade for winners. An impressive and influential panel of judges from companies including, Deutsche Bank, Domestic & General, Macquarie Group, KPMG UK and TalkTalk came together to discuss each entry and decide the winners.

Criteo took the crown for a double win The Hire Intelligence Best Use of Technology & Innovation Award and The Evidenced DE&I Award. Winners were:
