Thursday 3rd October – The 2024 TIARA Talent Acquisition Awards winners were crowned during a prestigious gala dinner held at the Hilton London Bankside tonight. The event drew more than 200 distinguished leaders from the fields of Talent Acquisition, HR, and business, representing some of Europe’s leading employers.

The TIARAs are recognised for the rigour of the process and the quality of the judging panel and are seen as a genuine and meaningful accolade for winners. An impressive and influential panel of judges from companies including Aramark, The LEGO Group and KPMG UK came together to discuss each entry and decide the winners.

A&O Shearman took the crown for the Best Use of Social Media and Clinch Recruitment Marketing Campaign of the Year. With Sky also a double winner for the Lorien Candidate Experience Award and the KellyOCG Best Use of Technology & Innovation Award.
