Thursday 5th October – The 2023 TIARA Talent Acquisition Awards winners were crowned during a prestigious Gala Dinner held at the Montcalm Marble Arch in London tonight. The event drew more than 200 distinguished leaders from the fields of Talent Acquisition, HR, and business, representing some of Europe’s leading employers. With the addition of five new categories, this year’s awards were our largest TA campaign ever.
“We are delighted to be celebrating the TIARA Talent Acquisition Awards again this year. It is especially pleasing to see the variety of great entries from such a wide range of different organisations, demonstrating very clearly that there is no monopoly on creativity, agility, ingenuity, engagement and innovation.” commented Ken Brotherston, Chief Executive at TALiNT Partners.
The TIARAs are recognised for the rigour of the process and the quality of the judging panel and are seen as a genuine and meaningful accolade for winners. An impressive and influential panel of judges from companies including Jaguar Land Rover, BBC, LinkedIn and Qontigo came together to discuss each entry and decide the winners.
“Our judges’ deliberations were balanced, lively, occasionally controversial but always insightful and thoughtful. Their range of experience brought an amazing diversity of different perspectives,” commented Ken Brotherston.
NatWest Group were crowned the overall winner and received the gold Nétive TA Team of the Year Award alongside their Best Innovation in Internal Recruitment Award. The judges praised their innovative use of technology, particularly in internal mobility, highlighting their progressive and human-cantered ethos.
“In determining this year’s TA Team of the Year Winner, the panel wanted to see a team who had responded not only to today’s TA challenges but were also anticipating the needs of tomorrow. The panel considered multiple factors including: the constant challenge of a shrinking workforce and the ever-growing need to leverage the skills and experience of existing employees through innovation and out of the box thinking. NatWest are truly worthy winners of this award,” said Declan Slattery, Chair of Global Advisory Board at TALiNT Partners.
The TIARA Talent Acquisition Awards 2023 campaign was supported by sponsors HappyDance, Lorien, Nétive, Ph.Creative, Pontoon, Stratigens, Unifrog and WeLove9am.
