Judges’ Comment: The judges looked at several factors when deciding the overall winner including: an ability to design and deliver innovation, a focus on DE&I, social mobility and community engagement. The judges were unanimous in their view that that Direct Line Group had comprehensively demonstrated all those aspects in the portfolio of metrics led work they entered.
